My name is Sophia. I'm a multidisciplinary artist based in Calgary.

 

I write poetry & lyrics, and long fiction. I'm currently working on my first novel and performing with Oranje Band.

I recently had the opportunity to sit down with radio host and musical artist Kate Stevens for CKUA Radio's "Notes On Wellness" to talk about poetry's positive impact on mental health and how I continually strive to combat my perfectionism as a writer.
